JOB DESCRIPTION:

In joining our team you will be preparing and cooking meals and operating a section within the kitchen.

CASUAL PREP CHEF | COOLANGATTA

Our prep kitchen operates from 6am - 2pm, 5 days per week and produces all the produce for our two restaurants.

This position is a great opportunity for chefs who already work full time elsewhere and are looking for a second job to complement their existing salary.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Reporting to the Head Chef

• Responsible for carrying out prep jobs such as meats, sauces, vegetable prep, pastries, washing & cleaning.

FULL TIME PREP CHEF | COOLANGATTA

Xenia has a vacancy for an experienced CDP or Sous Chef to join the team.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Reporting to the Head Chef,

• Manage the prep kitchen to prepare all the produce for two venues

• Required to work in the service kitchen (from time to time)

• Ordering produce

• Planning and executing prep

• Maintaining the companies standards and recipes for all prep

• Overseeing cooks and casuals carrying out prep

• Completing the week's prep on time and to standard

JOB OFFER:

• Range Pending Experience $60K - $70K Super

• a chef qualification

• a high level of experience in fast paced kitchen
